The Prince William Health Partnership promotes healthy habits and lifestyles for citizens of the Greater Prince William Area though the establishment of professional community partnerships. In existence for close to 10 years and located in Prince William County, Virginia, the Partnership is a leader in advocating, developing and implementing health and wellness programs for area youth and adults. To do this the Partnership works with other key community partners such as the three area school systems, public and private organizations and community and regional coalitions to assist with developing and implementing wellness programs while also addressing our nation’s serous youth and adult obesity problem.

Our vision is for the Greater Prince William Area to be a community where all citizens are well informed about the benefits of choosing to live healthier lifestyles. Today’s current generation of young children and adults is predicted to live a shorter lifespan than that of their parents. The Prince William Health Partnership is committed to helping change personal behavior and creating awareness by teaching healthy habits and enabling our youth to create a healthier future for themselves and for generations thereafter.
